how long must you sit in front of it to get results for someone who lives in an area with lots of rain and dreariness?
Stephanie R on Dec 8, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. You should sit in front of the light within the first hour of waking up each day. Light therapy mimics natural outdoor light and appears to cause a change in brain chemicals linked to mood.We hope this information will be of help to you.
