I use these compression stockings daily to keep my blood pressure from going too low that I get lightheaded and feel like I would pass out. I really like the fact that it is open-toed and open-heeled for more comfort and less heat in the Summer months. You don't have to worry about poking a hole in the end of the stocking like before.

LOVE TOE LESS HOSE
Due to swelling in my leg and my other hose was to tight I ordered these in a larger size...they were still to tight around the top of the hose but, the larger size made the compression ineffective, as they were to loose in the hose part. I really like the ones without toes as I have other foot issues. They are a silky fabric, and the tan color is good. Otherwise they would have been perfect, thats why I only gave them 4 stars.

Glad I tried these
Was on a trip and sitting for longer time I developed swollen ankles. Spoke with another lady who indicated she wears compression stockings. Saw these at Miles Kimball and ordered a pair in tan. Now getting another pair in black. Easy to put on, elastic around calf was not tight. Glad I found these.

Looking for something cooler for summer
Have been wear compression socks at my doctor suggestion and they do help if you are getting tired before the day is out. Ordered these toeless version hoping for something cooler. However, found that they do not stay on as well so will be limited use if I do not get aggravatedwith them.

Regret buying
My legs are 14" around but at the ankle they are less than 9". These stockings offer no support because they are too loose. I'm sorry I bought them.

Circulation Cut0off
Size-wise I fell at the lower end of large size range because of lower extremity swelling. Within 3 hours of putting on these stockings, I had severe pain just below my knee. The top band was cutting into my leg. I had to remove the stockings and will never wear them again. They were an incredibly bad purchase.

I like the idea of the stirrups so my foot is not totally covered as I live in Florida where it is very hot most of the time and my feet get very hot and I wear flip flops most of the time

I am a surgery tech and I need extra support. I don't like regular support hose that cover the toes. I liked this because the toes and heels are free.

I like to wear flip flops, so this looked like it could work. My vein issues are above the ankles on the lower legs, which is where I need the support.

would these help in ankle swelling?
Joyus User daz... on Sep 13, 2015
BEST ANSWER: They only partially cover the ankle, but in my experience, they do reduce ankle swelling. Also, they are so much more comfy than footie styles, that I am more likely to wear them longer.
what is the exact level of compression?
A shopper on Jul 22, 2015
BEST ANSWER: The packaging is not labelled with any numbers, but I would say they are pretty light compression. I've been told you can wear 2 pair at a time to increase the compression, but I haven't tried it. They are VERY comfortable. I can't stand the foot coverage of other brands, even the open toe styles.
would you recommend this product?
A shopper on May 30, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Yes but only if you don't need high compression.
Is this for a pair?
A shopper on Feb 23, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. Yes this is a pair. We hope this information will be of help to you.
