E-mail Policy

Automatic e-mails

Aswechange.com will automatically send a customer a confirmation e-mail after a customer has completed a purchase on the aswechange.com site. The customer may also receive an automatic shipping confirmation e-mail (when available). Customer will receive an automatic e-mail confirming their participation in our e-mail promotions.

E-mails to Customer Service

E-mails addressed to customer service will be answered within 24-48 hours of receipt or sooner (excluding holidays). At this time, customers will not receive an automatic reply to their e-mail to confirm receipt of e-mail. E-mail addresses received through queries to customer service will not be added to any promotional lists unless specifically requested by customer.

Promotional E-mails

From time to time, aswechange.com will send its customers promotional e-mails. These e-mails may contain special notifications, coupon discounts, shipping specials, pre-catalog previews, or more. Aswechange.com sends an average of 4 e-mails per month to its customers. During certain times of the year, such as June/July and November/December, customers may see an increase in e-mails received.

Participation in the e-mail promotional program is free and voluntary for the customer. Customer may participate by registering with As We Change and checking the box next to the verbiage, "Yes, I'd like to receive e-mails from your company regarding specials and promotions" located on the registration page. Checking the box (or leaving checked) will indicate your consent to receive promotional e-mails from aswechange.com and its parent company, Real Health Laboratories, Inc. ONLY. A subsequent notification e-mail will be automatically sent to the customer's e-mail address to confirm their participation in our e-mail promotional program.

At this time, we do not sell or rent to third parties our customer's e-mail addresses.

Unsubscribing from Promotional E-mails

If the customer wishes to remove herself from our e-mail promotional program, she may do so by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our promotional e-mails at any time.

If customer indicates acceptance to participate but later unsubscribes through the unsubscribe link and then later wishes to re-subscribe, customer should e-mail Customer Service with the following information:

  • E-mail Address
  • Indicate the wish to be added back to the promotional e-mail program.
E-mail address change notification

If customer's e-mail address should change and customer would like to notify aswechange.com of the change, customer should e-mail Customer Service the following information:

  • First and Last name
  • City and Zip Code
  • Old e-mail address
  • New e-mail address
