I wore the shorts under my pants to work, and by mid morning, I could tell they were effective in getting rid of some excessive fluids -- to be blunt, it was like I had taken a diuretic, but hadn't. I wore them again the next day (a Saturday), and there was less of the diuretic effect, but still felt a noticeable compression. After wearing them just twice, I have really noticed a reduction in the cellulite on my backside and my thighs. That is why I am writing this review, because I am really so surprised and so pleased. The only negative is that they leave a very noticeable herringbone type impression on the skin (at least on my skin)all over that took about 30-45 minutes to clear. If you plan on wearing them prior to wearing something revealing or being intimate, be aware you need a little time for your skin to lose the compression pattern. I indicate that it falls too low below the waist because I had to keep pulling them up around my waist and in the back, but no worse than regular panty hose after wearing for several hours.

I waited to receive these shorts, but they are delicate and fragile and "ran" in the legs and tore a bit in the crotch. For the money, it should be a bit sturdier. I have not worn them much for fear they will tear up. This is counterproductive, because they need to be worn to work.

I wear this product at any time even under my clothes. It does work if you wear it like you are suppose to. I noticed a reduction in my cellulite on my thighs and my husband has commented that my behind has never looked better. It also improves circulation and doesn't even feel like you are wearing it. Highly recommend.

This product flattens the cellulite to dispell the fat,perhaps re-distribute it so that the "lumps" are not so obvious. It also holds and smooths like other smoothing undergarments, so it has two purposes.I wear it as much as my clothing and activities allow, as it is only offered in a dark brown,not all skintones, and can be too hot in warmer weather.
