International Orders:

Products can be shipped to mainland US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico-sorry we are unable to ship to international destinations at this time.

Returns & Exchanges:

Should you be less than satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 45 days from ship date and we will exchange it, issue credit, or refund the purchase price less shipping and handling charges. Supplements may be returned within 120 days from ship date. All garments, swimwear, footwear, bedding, equipment must be in new, unworn, unused condition with hangtags attached, all components included, and in original packaging. Beauty/personal care items must be less than 20% consumed. Items purchased as a set must be returned as a set. Wrap the item(s) securely and include the completed return form that was included with your shipment, indicating the reason for your return. Return postage and insurance (recommended in case of loss in transit) are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow up to 3 weeks to process your return.

Pricing and Availability:

Item prices and shipping and handling rates on this website supercede printed catalogs. While we order all merchandise to support our online store, we may occasionally experience greater than expected demand for an item or an unforeseen delay in shipment to us. Should an item be delayed, you will be advised at the time of purchase, of the expected shipping date. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your item(s). Shipping and handling is charged only once, at time of initial shipment. Availability and prices are subject to change. Upon your request, a one-time adjustment on full-price merchandise that has been marked down may be made within 14 days from the date of shipment.

Shipping & Handling, Rush Delivery:

Items in stock will ship within 48 hours after receiving your order. Depending on your location, your order should arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow a maximum of 10-14 days. If you would like your delivery sooner, we offer Rush Delivery, on most items, for an additional charge.

Rewards Members: Shipping and Handling policy of $5.95 will apply to all orders up to 30 lbs. For orders over 30 lbs, you will be charged shipping at cost.

"Oversized" merchandise, noted in product description, is quoted separately. Please call. Additional shipping charges may apply to certain items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or an APO/FPO address. Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for military delivery.

Rush Delivery available for most items.

Items that are not available for Rush Delivery are noted in the product descriptions. These include some of our larger/heavier exercise equipment, or items that come directly to you from the manufacturer. If you are unsure, please call us.

Sales Tax:

We are required by law to collect state taxes from residents of Wisconsin and Colorado.

Out of Stock Items:

Occasionally, one or more of the items you order may be out of stock. In-stock items will be shipped immediately. If an item is out of stock, we'll let you know when we'll have it available for delivery. Your credit card will be billed only for the items shipped, along with your one-time shipping & handling charges. Back orders will be shipped promptly on availability.

How do you ship to Canada?
We fulfill online Canadian orders through Canada Post’s Borderfree service. Simply add items to your basket and click on the Canadian Checkout button to complete your order. You will see your total landed price including all duties, taxes, shipping and handling charges in Canadian dollars before you place your order. You will pay Canada Post Borderfree the total order amount in Canadian dollars and they will ensure that products get right to your door.

How much duty will I be charged on my order?

Determining your duty rate depends on a number of factors including: product type, the country in which the product was manufactured and the value of the product.  To know the exact duty charges before you buy, simply add items to your basket and proceed through the Canadian Checkout. You will see the exact duty charges prior to confirming the order – and you can delete or add items as you wish.

How much tax will I be charged on my order?
The tax rate applied depends on federal and provincial tax regulations in place at the time you place your order. Currently, taxes are as per the following chart, dependent on the province the order is being shipped to.

What are my shipping options to Canada?
We offer the following shipping options to Canadian buyers:

What will show up on my credit card statement?
Your order will be billed to your credit card by the Borderfree service of Canada Post.  "WEB/PH ORDER BRDRFREE" will appear as the merchant on your credit card statement.

 When will I be billed?
Your credit card will be billed by Canada Post Borderfree once your order leaves Borderfree’s warehouse in the United States en route to the Canadian border and your delivery address in Canada.  If your order is sent in several boxes, you will see one transaction per box billed to your credit card. The total of these charges will never exceed the order total you agreed to when placing the order.

What exchange rate is applied to my orders?
The Canadian dollar exchange rate in effect during the day that you order, is applied to your order. The exchange rate and the final Canadian dollar total charged to you is determined when you order and is guaranteed not to change.

To know how much your order will cost in Canadian dollars before you buy, simply add items to your basket and proceed through the Canadian Checkout. You will see the guaranteed cost of you order in Canadian dollars prior to submitting payment.

How do I track my order?
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.  When your package clears Borderfree’s international facility in the United States and is on its way to you, you will receive a Shipment Notification email that will include a link to track your package with the Canadian carrier.
