Products can be shipped to mainland US, Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories-sorry we
are unable to ship to international destinations at this time.
Returns & Exchanges:
Should you be less than satisfied with your purchase, simply
return it to us within 45 days from ship date and we will exchange it,
issue credit, or refund the purchase price less shipping and handling charges. Supplements
may be returned within 120 days from ship date. All
garments, swimwear, footwear, bedding, equipment must be in new, unworn, unused
condition with hangtags attached, all components included, and in original packaging.
Beauty/personal care items must be less than 20% consumed. Items purchased as a
set must be returned as a set. Wrap the item(s) securely and include
the completed return form that was included with your shipment, indicating the reason
for your return. Return postage and insurance (recommended in case of loss in transit)
are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow up to 3 weeks to process your
return.

While we order all merchandise to support our online store, we may occasionally
experience greater than expected demand for an item or an unforeseen delay in shipment
to us. Should an item be delayed, you will be advised at the time of purchase, of
the expected shipping date. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your
item(s). Shipping and handling is charged only once, at time of initial shipment.
Availability and prices are subject to change. Upon your request, a one-time adjustment
on full-price merchandise that has been marked down may be made within 14 days from
the date of shipment.
Shipping & Handling, Rush Delivery:
Items in stock will ship within 48 hours after receiving your order. Depending on
your location, your order should arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow
a maximum of 10-14 days. If you would like your delivery sooner, we offer Rush Delivery,

We fulfill online Canadian orders through Canada Post’s Borderfree service. Simply
add items to your basket and click on the Canadian Checkout button to complete your
order. You will see your total landed price including all duties, taxes, shipping
and handling charges in Canadian dollars before you place your order. You will pay
Canada Post Borderfree the total order amount in Canadian dollars and they
will ensure that products get right to your door.
How much duty will I be charged on my order?
Determining your duty rate depends on a number of factors including:
product type, the country in which the product was manufactured and the value of
the product. To know the exact duty charges before you buy, simply add items
to your basket and proceed through the Canadian Checkout. You will see the exact
duty charges prior to confirming the order – and you can delete or add items

What will show up on my credit card statement?
Your order will be billed to your credit card by the Borderfree service of Canada
Post. "WEB/PH ORDER BRDRFREE" will appear as the merchant on your
credit card statement.
When will I be billed?
Your credit card will be billed by Canada Post Borderfree once your order leaves
Borderfree’s warehouse in the United States en route to the Canadian border and
your delivery address in Canada. If your order is sent in several boxes, you
will see one transaction per box billed to your credit card. The total of these
charges will never exceed the order total you agreed to when placing the order.
What exchange rate is applied to my orders?
The Canadian dollar exchange rate in effect during the day that you order, is applied
to your order. The exchange rate and the final Canadian dollar total charged to
you is determined when you order and is guaranteed not to change.
To know how much your order will cost in Canadian dollars before
you buy, simply add items to your basket and proceed through the Canadian Checkout.
You will see the guaranteed cost of you order in Canadian dollars prior to submitting
payment.
How do I track my order?
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive
an order confirmation email. When your package clears Borderfree’s international
facility in the United States and is on its way to you, you will receive a Shipment
Notification email that will include a link to track your package with the Canadian
carrier.

What is Renew 2 You?
The As We Change Renew 2 You program is an automatic delivery
service which allows you to receive select products you use on a regular basis every
30, 60, or 90 days depending on the item. No need to worry about reordering. You
pay only $2 flat shipping so you save both time and money when you sign up.

How do I opt into the program?
It is very easy to sign up for the Renew 2 You program.
To order online simply select the Renew 2 You option when placing an eligible item
into your shopping bag. When placing an order by phone simply request the Renew
2 You service. When ordering by mail, please write Renew 2 You in the Item Description
area on the order form.
How much is shipping?
On your initial order you will pay the regular shipping
and handling price as noted in our shipping and handling chart. On all subsequent
refill orders you will pay only $2.00 for each shipment.
How do I change my order?
In order to make any changes such as the quantity of your
delivery, the delivery date, your delivery address, email (help@aswechange.com)
or call (1-800-203-5584) customer service and they will be happy to help you out.
It is best to call at least 7 to 10 days prior to your normal delivery date in order
for us to try to accommodate your request.
How do I cancel my program?
IIf you wish to cancel your program for any reason, simply
email or call customer service and they will be happy to assist you.
As We Change Renew 2 You Terms and Conditions
Unless modified by the customer, the credit card used
to set up the initial Renew 2 You order will be charged for subsequent orders. Subsequent
orders will be authorized 1-2 days prior to shipment and charged when shipped. Only
credit or debit cards can be used as payment for Renew 2 You orders. Gift vouchers,
checks, and PayPal will not be accepted at this time. Order amount may vary due
to changes in price. Product prices will reflect pricing at time of shipment. Renew
2 You is not available for international orders. If a Renew 2 You item is temporarily
out of stock you will receive notification. Your order will ship when the item is
back in stock and refill shipments will continue at the specified frequency from
the date of the most recent shipment. As We Change will notify you via email or
letter if an item has been permanently discontinued.
